No. The Return is not insurance and issues no policy. It is a member-owned mutual-support program built on shared contribution and community responsibility.
Membership is $100 per year for three years — a total of $300. There are no monthly premiums. Members may prepay their contributions if they wish.
After your first contribution, a 90-day activation period completes your enrollment. Once activated, your full membership benefits are in place.
